The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios (i.e., registration, clearance, and counseling), as well as experience with opposition and cancellation actions before the TTAB of the USPTO. A proven litigation record and exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required.
